From the Office of the
Secretary of the New Hampshire State Grange
March
25, 2012
Dear
Subordinate & Pomona Secretary,
Another
quarter has past and it is time for me to get you the information you need
to do your March 2012 Quarterly Report.
Included in your packet is:
Quarterly
Report Form
Return
envelope (to mail your quarterly report back to me)
Subordinate Report to Pomona (needs to be sent to your Pomona Secretary)
Pomona Secretary’s will not have this report in their packet.
Executive Committee Minutes for December 8, 2011 meeting
October
2012 Annual State Session Room Reservation Information
QUARTERLY
REPORTS
They
say that spring is a time for cleaning.
Please make sure that I
have been notified of any new members, losses to your membership and most
importantly of any address changes.
I have had reports that Grangers are not receiving a GSG and most of
the time it is because no one has given me their new address.
SUBORDINATE
REPORT TO YOUR POMONA GRANGE
Please
send this report to YOUR Pomona
Secretary by April 15th.
There are so many times that your Pomona Secretary does not know if
your Grange has lost a member by death, demit or suspension.
In order for your Pomona Secretary to keep his/her membership figures
up to date he/she is totally dependent on you for the information about
Pomona members.
HOTEL
INFORMATION FOR OCTOBER 2012 STATE SESSION ROOM RESERVATIONS
Please
remember to take this letter to your Grange meeting.
This year (as always), it is very important as reservations have to
be made by October 6th to get the convention rates.
So many times I hear that no one in a Grange knows what’s going on in
the State, well it would help a lot if you would bring any letters sent to
you to a meeting and READ the letter to
your members.
My
next letter will contain more information regarding our 2012 Annual State
Session to
be held at the Ashworth by the Sea, Hampton Beach from October 25th
to October 28th. As
always should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to
contact me.
Fraternally,
Carolyn
J. Ross, Secretary
NH State
Grange
